Touchstone Property Services are a small family run business based in Downend, Bristol and specialise in all aspects of building and maintenance - large or small.

We have a relatively small team of dedicated tradesmen who will oversee your project from start to finish.

We provide high quality workmanship with a friendly and helpful service to all our clients whether domestic, commercial or retail.

We offer a free consultation service whereby we can discuss your requirements in detail and, where necessary, can assist you through the Planning and Building Regulation procedures.


Personal Approach

Unlike some building company's we always return clients phone calls and are happy to discuss any queries you may have regarding your project.

We only use tried and tested tradesmen who we have complete confidence in - they are always professional, have worked for us for many years, are helpful and polite and will leave your premises clean and tidy.


Insurance

We carry £5 Million Public Liability Insurance with Aviva and are happy to present this upon request.




 

 

Once you contact Touchstone you can be assured of a personal visit by a Director who will discuss your requirements in detail to ascertain exactly what you wish to achieve.

You will then be provided with a quotation which will include a complete breakdown of exactly what work will be undertaken by Touchstone.

Should you decide to place your business with Touchstone we will work with you in order to schedule an appropriate start date.

 

We don't ask you for a large lump sum up-front and would strongly advise you against paying anyone in advance.

Instead, we discuss with you a "staged payment plan" based upon your particular project and this often involves a 10% retention being held back by you until the project is complete.
